How to measure
Chest
Relax your arms and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Bend gently to one side to locate your natural waist. Measure around that crease without pulling the tape tight.
Hips / Seat
Stand comfortably with your feet slightly apart. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Neck
Wrap the tape around the base of your neck, keeping it comfortably against your skin.
Arm length
Rest your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder and elbow, to your wrist.
Height
Stand barefoot against a wall with your feet together. Measure vertically from the floor to the top of your head.
